I have long hair about 3/4 of the way down my neck, is it time for a change?

What style would be best?

yes that is a little outdated (unless you talk to a man who would like down to your...well....like the one previously responded) go to a reputable salon. you should ALWAYS have a good consultation prior to letting them cut your hair. If not....they aren't a good salon.....leave. And if you are a guy ....ICK... definately get it cut...that's worse than a mullet.
