I searched on yahoo and google. My current hair now is layered with blonde highlights. You should definately do it. It looks simple, but can do alot for your looks. If you can't find pictures, go to your beauty salon. they have tons of books with pictures.

I dont know of any but layering it and coloring it sounds good.
