If you have a round face you do not want to have long strraight hair. You can have long hair as long as you give it body and maybe get some layering into it. When it's long it lies there and just points out that you have a round face and makes it look rounder, and gives the impression that you have a fat face, which is not the look that you want.

You could also try curling your hair or doing something to make it more volumous to make it more proportional to your face.

Round faces and straight hair only seem to accentuate the roundness.
