I have not cut my hair in a few years. Its getting down below my shoulders and I want to get it trimmed. How much should I take off?? (Its black and wavy/curly)

if you do cut it then just cut a little bit because i find long hair on guys to be attractive it makes you take a second look at them especially when their long hair is tied back in a pony tail.
