no exaggeration, I went from 1 1/2 inches to down my back, and I have NO relaxer. I use a flat iron to straighten. -

Be wary of using any old kind of vitamin...eat right, to take care of the inside and it will help show on the out.

I have VERY long hair and i've done nothing.

And i've never met anyone with long hair that has a secret! its all in the genes.

most beauticians suggest cutting just a little bit off every 2 or 3 weeks when you notice it getting longer then make the intervals longer like 3 to 4 weeks and so on and so forth till you reach the desired length but by that time you will have probably tired of long hair and will want to go to short hair again

i use to have really long hair and on february of this year i decided to cut it...now im trying to let it grow..

but it just wont seem to grow :(

Ya its just in the genes ...my hair grows sooooo fast and i don't even like it i cut it off all the time...and im HAIRY as hell...i know i shouldn't say that but im not ashamed of it or anything...id rather have to much hair and take some away...then not have enough ..
